When is your next release?

Online releases are monthly with some months having two collections. All releases are on Weds at 6:00 pm EST.  Follow social media accounts for more current information. FB: lecates.jewelry  IG: lecates.creates

Where is my package? When will I be able to pick up my order?

Please refer to your email for current order updates. Shipping/tracking information will be emailed the minute a label is created. Pick up emails appear as a local delivery shipment, however when you see this email, it means your jewelry was dropped off that day. See Jane & Tay Boutique pages for their updated work hours. You have two weeks to pick up your order before it will be recycled back into the online inventory.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Please refer to my Bridal Page for custom bridal inspiration. Please fill out the inquiry at the bottom of the page or email lecates.create@gmail.com with any questions about Bridal custom orders. I am happy to create a custom bridal design aside from the options displayed online. There is a $25 custom bridal fee. Saw a pair online that you missed out on that you want? I can do custom pairs for a $4.50 fee a pair. Custom jewelry is available in gold, silver or rose gold.  Please reach out for any other designs you may have in mind and I will do my best to make your creation come to life.

Where are you located?

I work out of Delmar, MD and ship to all of the United States. I am not shipping international at this time. I have a local pick up location in Delmar, DE at Jane & Tay Boutique.

How long does it take to receive my order?

I ship out orders 1-2 business days after purchase. If you chose regular shipping, delivery takes 2-3 days to arrive, keep holidays and weekends in mind. Custom orders and pre-orders have a 2 week production window before shipping.
