Our Policies

Welcome to our Policy Guide. Here you will find all of our policies regarding shipping, repairs, pick up options and custom ordering. If you have any questions about a policy, please use the inquiry box located at the bottom of the page or email lecates.create@gmail.com. Thank you!

Repairs & Refunds

If a product arrives broken due to shipment errors, you have 3 business days after receiving your order to request a repair or refund. Picture evidence must be submitted for repairs. Please allow a production period of 7 business days for repairs. For a full refund, product must be returned by mail or local pick up. Expect 7-10 business days for refund to appear in account.  Repairs will be honored up to 6 months after purchase for any accidents. After 6 months, you can request a repair for a fee on top of shipping and handling. Due to availability of materials, some designs can be refused to be remade upon request. LeCates Creates is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The respective fulfillment third-parties, such as USPS, must be contacted for further resolution.

Custom Orders

Custom orders include recreating any previous design, a creation of your own, a design in a particular color or style, and custom options listed in the Shop All section. (Bridal Custom Orders has a separate policy) To request a custom order, you must submit an inquiry online or send email to lecates.create@gmail.com. A fee of $4.50 will be requested upfront for custom designs. Custom orders will be discussed with prototypes sent before final payment. Depending on design and materials needed, price is subject to change. There is a production window of 7-10 business days after request is processed. Order can be shipped or available for local pick up. An email will be sent when order has been shipped or dropped off.

Custom Bridal

To request custom bridal earrings or bridal party earrings, an inquiry must be submitted on the Bridal Look Book page or by sending an email to lecates.create@gmail.com. Please do not send private messages on social media as they can become lost over time. Custom designs can be chosen from the Look Book or you have the option to create your own unique design. Brides have hardware choices of gold, silver or rose gold. Some hardware does not come in all options, designs are subject to change in those situations. I love to work with my brides to help get them to the perfect pair by communicating designs and prototypes. There is a $25 custom fee for bridal earrings on top of the total. Invoices will be emailed when order is completed.

Local Pick Up Policy

I love offering local pick up to my Sussex County babes, however it must be used accordingly. Local pick up is available at Jane & Tay Salon and Boutique located in Delmar, DE. An email will be sent when your order is ready to be picked up. You have 2 business weeks after order is dropped off to pick up your earrings. If you do not meet the time requirements, your order will be recycled back into the online inventory with no refund available. If you do not believe you can pick up in the time allowed, please choose a shipping option at check out. This policy is to help respect the space that is so graciously allowed at the boutique.
